1. Products & Orders

Print-on-Demand Items

All products sold on our website are print-on-demand items. This means that products are manufactured only after you place an order. We do not hold inventory of finished products.

Order Processing

Once you place an order, we will confirm receipt of your order via email. Your order will then be sent to our manufacturing partner for production. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Once your order has been manufactured and quality-checked, it will be dispatched to you.

Order Accuracy

We take great care to ensure that all orders are accurate. However, if you believe your order contains an error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. We will do our best to correct any errors before production begins.

2. Pricing & Payment

Currency and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway provider.

Secure Payment Processing

All payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI DSS compliant payment processors to ensure the security of your financial information. By submitting an order, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the full order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery to other countries may be available upon request—please contact us for international shipping enquiries.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are as follows: Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days from dispatch (excludes weekends and UK bank holidays); Express Delivery: 2-3 business days from dispatch (excludes weekends and UK bank holidays). Please note that these timeframes commence after the print-on-demand manufacturing process is complete (typically 3-5 business days from order confirmation).

Dispatch and Tracking

Once your order has been manufactured and quality-checked, it will be dispatched to you via Royal Mail or a courier service. You will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by you.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to our error or manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. We will investigate and, if the claim is valid, will either send you a replacement product at no cost or provide a full refund of the product price.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with proof of the error. We will send you the correct item and arrange collection of the incorrect item at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, because our products are made-to-order and personalised, you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product price if you wish to return an item due to change of mind (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@tshirtsonlinestore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Items must be returned in original, unused condition (except for defective items). Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
