Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Shipping

How long will my order take?
Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus delivery time. UK orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days in total. See our full Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–20 business days after dispatch.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
As all items are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you in full. See our Returns Policy.

What if my item is faulty?
Please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll sort it straight away.
